Our experienced team is here to help you reach the next step in your life, by providing Care Coordination and Peer Support Services through the North Dakota Free Through Recovery and Community Connect programs.
Services provided by Advocates for Change are funded by the North Dakota Department of Human Services' Behavioral Health Division.
We are a community-driven agency, eager to assist those in need of housing, employment, resources related to addiction and mental health, and general support to help improve the lives of others.
